Drop-off and Pick-Up Procedures

Before You Leave Home...

  • To reduce the amount of time at drop off, arrange your clothing according to gender and size BEFORE drop off (rubber band sizes together). This makes it so much easier and faster during the inspection and placement process. This means less time for YOU at drop off.

  • Make sure your tags are securely attached.

  • Bring a medium to large sized box for any unsold items being returned.

  • BE SURE YOU HAVE YOUR SIGNED SIMPLY KIDS SELLER AGREEMENT

  • Please allow for at least 30 minutes for drop-off.

  • MUST MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR DROP-OFFS!!  DROP OFF APPOINTMENT SCHEDULE
     

When You Arrive At The Sale during your SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME...

Upon arrival, park in the front parking lot and enter through the two doors in the center of the hall (Please bring one tagged item in with you so we can check it on the scanning system).

The first step will be to check in at the registration table (come straight in before unloading you cars).

We will be checking for the following:

  • Collect registration fee of $12.00

  • Scan your one item that you bring in with you

  • Collect large box for unsold items  

  • Confirm Seller ID#, address, phone # and email

  • Hand in your signed Simply Kids Consignor Agreement FOR ALL CONSIGNORS!

  • Pick-up Consignor Preview Party passes if you haven't already received them

  • Confirm work schedule if applicable.

At this time we will be checking your items for proper tagging.  We will then direct you to where your items should be placed in designated sections.  

After The Sale…

  • Items will be sorted by consignor number and ready for pick-up between 3pm-5pm on Saturday.  Please be sure to check lost and found to make sure none of your items were lost.  Any items left in lost and found after 5pm on Saturday will be donated.
  • Items not redeemed by 5:00 pm SHARP will become the property of Simply Kids and a donation will be made to local charity.
  • All sales are final. We are not responsible for lost or stolen goods. We are not responsible for unsold goods due to lost tags.
  • Payment - You will receive your proceeds check within 1-2 weeks through USPS.
