Stain Removal Tips
Here
are some helpful products that can remove many stains and marks on both clothing
and toys. As always, be sure to test area before applying to item. Also, read
product for safety cautions like gloves and masks etc.

Biz - Works good on stained
shoelaces, be sure to soak item Carbona Stain Removers offers many different
types for different stains and different fabrics.

Clorox Bleach Pen –
Caution--it will bleach out colored fabrics.

Dreft – pour directly
on fabric and let sit and soak in a little water.

Greased Lightening
(type of household cleaner - Just spray on your stain (clothing color may change
but it will return to original color during wash cycle), let it soak in, then
wash as usual. Most stains will come out in the wash cycle. For more difficult
stains repeat process a few times.

Mother's Miracle –
can be used on spit up, urine, blood, etc.

Hot soapy water –
works good on jello, punch, kool-aid, etc.

Mr. Clean’s Magic
Eraser - works well for removing marks on toys made of hard plastic

Oops (latex paint
remover) – Works good on all kinds of stains, stickers and other marks on
plastic toys. It is always good to test small area first before cleaning. On
hard plastic toys such as Little Tikes and Step 2 it will take off scratches,
crayon, pencil, pen scuffs, etc. Use rubber gloves when working with Oops.
- Oxyclean- Works good on all
stains, use it as a soak but be sure to keep colors separated.
